My car is throwing a cylinder 1 misfire and I have already done new coils, plugs, O2 sensor, switched around injectors, new cam and crank sensors and still getting the same code. I don’t know what else to do. Any ideas?

Good evening,

The first thing I would do is a compression test to be sure the engine has no internal issues.

I would also do fuel pressure test as well to be sure sufficient fuel is at the rail for the injectors.

Did you verify spark to number 1 cylinder or all of them?

Yes I’ve done all of that and it's fine.

Have been doing some research and it’s saying it maybe the throttle position sensor or the PCM is bad.

What were the exact results of the tests I asked? Fine to you may not be fine. I need that information.

No to both. Neither one has anything to do with the code.
