The fans are not working. I have replaced the fans and the relay as well as the temperature sensor. What else can it be? The fans work when I straight wire it.

Good afternoon,

Do you have a volt meter or test light to do some testing on the wiring?

We will need to check for powers to the relays and the fan to see if you have a wiring issue.

Power and ground where? On both sides of what?

If you mean the relay, then you should have power to the fans.

Yes, the relay. The fans will work if I straight wire it. I have checked the relay and changed it. I have also checked the wires coming from the relay. I changed the temperature switch as well. The only thing I. Can thing of is maybe the module.

Okay, what were the voltages to the relay? You need to do power tests here to determine the failure.

What color wires have power with the key on? We need to start somewhere and we start with voltage tests at the relay.
