how do you get at the waterpump

Notes

Remove front timing cover and timing belt.
Loosen water pump pulley attaching bolts.
Remove drive belts and water pump pulley.

Remove water pump attaching bolts and the pump.
Inspect timing belt and drive belts for coolant contamination. Replace if necessary.
Reverse procedure to install, using new gasket.
Reinstall timing belt and front cover. Avoid deforming timing cover, make sure there is adequate clearence between cover and hose clamp.
Reinstall and tighten hoses. Refill cooling system with fresh coolant.
Bleed cooling system by turning heater ON and loosening bleeder screw on upper radiator hose.
Start engine and warm up to operating temperature. Inspect for leaks and repair as necessary
