Overheating after pulling a snow plow for about ten minutes

We have a plow on this car and once you get driving it on the road for about ten minutes it overheats.

Not an uncommon thing with a plow. You are pushing a large air dam in front of the truck. You need to make sure the radiator is in good shape and the coolant is full. A full cooling system flush can help.
I have had the same issue myself and added the largest radiator that fit in the mounts, an extra cooling fan, large trans cooler and switched to a waterless coolant. It made the situation much better.
