Output shaft seal replacement instructions needed

I got a leak at my rear seal y'all got any instructions/videos on how to replace it?

It's a 1995 Chevrolet Cheyenne 1500 2wd 4 speed manual with overdrive with the 5.0L 305. And it's the output shaft seal on the transmission.

You will need to remove the driveshaft. this guide will walk you through the steps with the seal location in the diagrams below. Use a chisel to remove the old seal then install the new seal using a flat steel or seal installer.
