My friends 1997 olds acheiva's heater core went out and I have no idea how to fix it, can you help?

You have to get under the vehicle drain the cooling system and remove heater core hoses from below,
remove the shift console if equipped and sound insulators, remove the steering column filler panel, remove the floor air duct, and the remove the heater core cover and remove the heater core, hope this helps
