1995 Other Oldsmobile Models Help request

I had a nightmare called Olds Achieva. I have an electrical issue with turn right signal which is not flashing(although is comming on). The turn left signal and warning lights are OK. I checked the right bulbs and all are OK. It could be the flasher, but where it is hide.
Any help is welcome.

The flasher fuse is located under dash drivers side. You have to unscrew the panel below the dash and let it hang. There is a second panel u need to unsrew its under that near the steering column. There usually white and plastic. I hope this helps.
