1997 Oldsmobile Bravada, 150,000 miles

Recently my turn signals started not working properly. I changed all the bulbs and they still do not flash properly. I was told to replace the flasher. Would you please tell me where I would find this. I know that it is under the dash but where? Please advise. I greatly appreciate your help. I was told that this is very easy to do!

I have a 91 bravada and the flasher is inside on drivers side lower left dash I have too take off the lower piece of dash next too the fuse piece that covers the fuses there are 2 fuses 1 square 1 round ///should just unscrew 2 screws mine is the round one buy it first and mach
