2002 Oldsmobile Aurora Nothing Eletrical will work properly

My trac control will not come on, sometimes I have to restart the car several times it just says its off. Also the DIC goes out the temp does not display my heat will say its on but will not blow. The heated seats will work then they won"t, and then the light adjustment for the fogs will not work or even light up the dash. Then the car will go ding ding and things will start to work. They do not come on or go out in any specific order. Can I please get some input.

I would first have the DTCs checked to find what is in there. I would suspect a module such as the BCM may be bad. The first step is to get the diagnostic trouble codes before we go further.

The (BCM) Body Control Module processes data for the problems you are having.
