In park it jumps or jerks, drives fine on the road. But when stopped it jerks and the odometers fluctuation it will idle high then drop below 1, stalls as if it is going to shut off.

Hello,

Just to clarify, the vehicle idles erratically while you are at a stop. But when you drive down the road, it works just fine, right?
Is your check engine light on?
If so you need to get it scanned, as that can point to the right direction of what's might be going on. Here is a guide that will help with doing this.

It sounds like you might have an issue with the idle air control valve. Many times cleaning out that valve will solve the idle issue.

Another item to check would be your mass airflow sensor. That also can be cleaned.

You also mentioned number 4 misfire. So one of the cylinder misfiring?
First item to check would be the spark plug.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you.
