Everything in car works, but it will not turn over when I put it in start position. I did the odometer diagnostic test and what comes up is S of 5.7 then FL0007 then EE18 and BL01. Also, the security light stays on!

With the security light on the SKIS system has detected a fault in the system itself. Because it stays on solid it is not a key failure (those cause the light to flash).

This guide can help fix it

So I have to have it towed to a Chrysler dealership to have it checked? No way to clear it myself?

Because the light is on it means the fuses in the system are okay and in that system those are the only external parts that might fail.
It could be either the key reader, the SKIS in the dash, or the SKIM in the ECU that has failed, but without the scan tool to talk to the system and determine which part is the issue you do not really have any other things that can be done. Those are not actual codes that you saw, that system will only read the required OBD II codes and the security system is not required to be shown.
Either a dealer or a good shop should be able to find the issue.
