Okay, if you do not have power at 86, I already stated a few posts back that you have a wiring issue between the switch and the relay.

Was broke wire.Turn key to on position squeezed relay car started.Turn key to off motor shut off.It starts and runs that way .Now she is going to trade it in.Thank you very much for putting up with me.
