My car will start mostly in the morning. Then I go out and come back to my car and she does not want to start. She struggles and sounds as if the battery is flat. Lights hooter etc, are fine. I then leave the car for a short time then try again and she might start immediately. Sometimes it takes longer before she starts. I was using 95 petrol and was told to use LRP which I have been using. Please help.

Start with getting the battery tested. You can take it to the local auto parts store and they will test it for free. If that is not the problem, then you may have to pull the starter out and have it tested. To me, it sounds like one of those is definitely the problem.

Instructions on removing the starter for testing:

1 - Disconnect battery ground cable (The black/negative one).
2 - Remove battery, battery tray and/or igniter bracket, if necessary.
3 - Disconnect electrical connectors from starter motor.
4 - Remove air cleaner assembly, if necessary.
5 - On models with automatic transmission, remove transmission oil filler tube if necessary.
6 - On Corolla FF and Camry models with diesel engines, remove radiator assembly.
7 - On all models, remove starter motor attaching bolts, heat shield (if equipped), then the starter motor.
8 - Reverse procedure to install.

Unfortunately AllData does not give me much else in the way of useful information here. Please let us know what you find or if you need any more information and I will see what else I can dig up.
