Start with getting the battery tested. You can take it to the local auto parts store and they will test it for free. If that is not the problem, then you may have to pull the starter out and have it tested. To me, it sounds like one of those is definitely the problem.
Instructions on removing the starter for testing:
1 - Disconnect battery ground cable (The black/negative one).
2 - Remove battery, battery tray and/or igniter bracket, if necessary.
3 - Disconnect electrical connectors from starter motor.
4 - Remove air cleaner assembly, if necessary.
5 - On models with automatic transmission, remove transmission oil filler tube if necessary.
6 - On Corolla FF and Camry models with diesel engines, remove radiator assembly.
7 - On all models, remove starter motor attaching bolts, heat shield (if equipped), then the starter motor.
8 - Reverse procedure to install.
