No torque when transmission shifts from first gear to second gear

My car listed above does not have torque when it switches from first gear to the second gear and when driving it doesn't switch to a lower gear when you request for it. It only switches to a lower gear when the car speed decreases.

Is the check engine light on? If it is, do you know the codes as that may be a clue of the area of failure?

I would start by changing the fluid. Dirty fluid allows dirt into the valve body not allowing proper shift points up and down.

Beyond that, it could be the valve body itself.

Good day and thanks for your response.
I've had to change the gearbox and also tried changing the brain box, but the problem still has not gone away.
