Where is that fuse and if I replace it would it possibly fix the problem? Do I test it with something?

It sounds like the starter needs to be replaced.

It is not cranking and you hear a clicking noise, did you check the trigger wire for power when trying to crank the engine over? If so the starter is bad or the engine is locked up, here is a video to go over to help confirm the failure.

Let me know what you find. Ken

Let me correct you, when you turn the key all yoh hear is the fuel pump priming and I hear no clicking of the starter or anything cranking it does nothing when I try to start, so my question is do I need a new starter or could it just be a fuse or a relay that is malfunctioning, cause the symptom seems to be intermittent starting, meaning it will start sometimes and be fine for a while and then it goes back to the no start no crank problem

Yep, a classic starter issue, if you check for power at the trigger wire for the starter you will know for sure.

Ok and how do I check for power at the trigger wire? Is it supposed to be getting power at the trigger wire? Can I test the trigger wire fuse and see if that is the issue or what ways are there to test this because the starter is in a hard place to get at

Yep, it says it twice in the posts before this one. Check it for power when the key is in the crank position.
