No power on computer side of fuel pump relay. I jumped the connection and the fuel pump runs but engine will not turn over. I tested all fuses and they all are good including all that need tested while cranking. I checked power to the coil and the red wire does not work from a light test but the ground wire does. I did the same with the ignition mod and crank sensor which have the same result, ground is good but no power on hot wire. Is there something that I am overlooking that will cause no power when trying to start the truck. The other part of this is when I took off the breather to try putting gas directly into the top of the intake I found that the black protection cap for the wiring on top of the intake was missing and some of the wires in the firing order were melted and exposed. On the side closet to the back a red/black stripe and a black/white stripe wire were touching. There is 14 wires in this connection with the same issue, now power on the red but ground is good. Truck was acting like a plug was missing until it quit running.

It sounds like the wiring issue is causing the problem which needs to be fixed also check the ECMB fuse. Here is a guide and the engine wiring diagrams see you can see how the system works and how to check the wiring:

Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
