Car in accident hit left side fender ran off road and broke tie rod. Replaced parts, but car will crank but not start. I do not think it is getting fuel, unable to get information on fuel pump shut off switch for this car. Location or how to reactivate. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If the accident was hard enough then the SRS module could be sending a signal to the engine control module to shut off power to the fuel pump. If that is the case then you would need a highly advance scanner like the dealer to reset the system. Disconnecting the battery will not help since the accident was recorded on to the hard drive "black box".
