I have the car listed above with remote start. The other night my buddy flipped my switch off then back on for my remote start and now the car won’t start it has fuel and spark but no fuel to the injectors. It starts on starting fluid then shuts off after a second or two. I’ve run through all the fuses and relays, and they are all good as well.

Hi,

Do you mean the fuel pump is running but the injectors aren't fueling the engine? I ask because you said it has gas, but the injectors aren't working. I'm just confused.

As fuel pump has its own fuse and relay. When you checked the fuse, did you confirm it has power to and from it as well? If not, here is a link that explains how that is done:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

Next, does the remote start a factory system or is it aftermarket? Is the anti-theft light staying on or blinking?

I attached a pic below showing the pump/relay/fuse layout for your reference.

Let me know.

Joe

Yes, the fuel pump is on pumping fuel into the rail, but it just won’t start, and the security light stays solid. I’ve done the trucks I’ve seen online for trying to reset it, but they don’t work and yes, all the fuses have power.

Hi,

If you leave the key in the run position for approximately 10 minutes, does the light turn off? If it does, will it then start, or have you already tried this technique?

Let me know. Also, if you have and it won't change, what I would suggest is to scan the can-bus system. CAN stands for controller area network. Basically, all the computers/modules are tied together via a few wires. This type of scan will retrieve codes regardless of the module storing them. Here is a link that shows how it's done:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/can-scan-controller-area-network-easy

Also, is the remote start a factory or aftermarket option?

Let me know.

Joe
