Car shut off while driving and wouldn't start back. Replaced fuel pump with a new one, replaced harmonic balancer it was broken, checked fuel filter but didn't replace it. When pouring gas into the intake the car starts up but shuts right back off after a few seconds.

Have your ignition module tested. Some of the national brand autostores may be able to test your ignition module. Also, check for applicable trouble codes. To test codes yourself, at the least, you need an obd2 code reader.

Check voltage and ground for fuel injector. Probably no ground, one reason is that the ignition module isn't sending rpm signal to computer. There could be other issues.
