No spark in two of the four ignition coils

At first it didn't have spark in 1 and 4 I bought new coils and now two and there dont work I replaced them agian and it still does the same thing

Its either coming from the electronic control unit or the crankshaft position sensor. Check it and then let me know what you got-

The Crank sensor will not fire one coil and not the other. The driver for that coil in the PCM can be bad but that's kinda rare. Swap coils and see if the problem moves before condemning anything else. It is far more likely to be a wiring problem between the PCM and coil than the PCM itself.

I still can't make sense of what you are saying. When you moved the new coils did the miss move with the coil or did the miss remain on the same cylinders?

At first it was on cylinder 1 and 4 after I changed the coil pack it changed to cylinder 2 and 3

I would change the coil again. It should be guaranteed.

That only leaves the ignition module.
