Hi,

I have not received a reply back. Are you having the same issue with the same year, make, and model vehicle? If so, explain what is happening and I'll try my best to help.

Take care,

Joe

I’m having the same issue but on a 2018 Buick encore with a 1.4L turbo. Just did an engine swap and it cranks but isn’t getting spark. I have my 5 volts on the trigger wire and power side and good ground on the crank sensor and both cam sensors and 12v to the coil but no spark. Every once in a while, you can hear it fire but that’s it.

I appreciate your time and any advice you have!

Hi,

Chances are there is an issue with the crankshaft position sensor. However, I need to ask a favor.

We try to keep the threads specific to one type of vehicle and one type of problem. Because this is a different vehicle, could you start a new thread? All you need to do is copy and paste your questions.

Here is the link to do it:

I hope you understand and thank you,

Joe
