My water pump went a couple weeks ago on my CTS4. The water pump has been replaced and the car has been driven and is not overheat anymore. However, I have a squeal I believe from the serpentine belt. Probably from the fluids when the pump went. I have no power, no lights to the panel where you turn the defroster on or the heat, I also have no power to the heated seats. To the left and right of the air controls. Please help?

This sounds like two different problems so please start a new question for the serpentine belt noise issue. As for the electrical problem, it sounds like the fuse has gone out in either the front or rear fuse panels. Here is a guide to help you check the fuses and the fuse location in the images below (please check the fuses with the systems on). I also have included the wiring diagrams for the systems so you can see which fuses need to be checked and how the systems work.

I would also check over the water pump job to see if any ground were left off or have come loose. If all fuses and grounds are good we need to do a CAN scan to see which codes comes up, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:

Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
