Car was running and driving fine until a few days ago, I noticed less power than normal, and today I have no power on acceleration. I have looked for vacuum leaks, and fluid leaks, tried unplugging and taking off the upstream o2 sensor and unplugged the EGR valve, still nothing. When started it sounds smooth, but when putting it in 1st and trying to go I gotta press the gas about half way and rpm's over 3,000 to get moving at all. What could my problem be? Other sites and threads have me thinking the catalytic converter, but not too sure. Can you help?

Hi,

A plugged converter is one of the possible causes. However, there are more that need to be checked.

Here is a guide that walks you through the major ones:

Run through these items and let me know what you find. Worst case, check and see if there are codes because that will help narrow this down.
