I have the car listed above (SS) blower motor not working. I have replaced resistor and checked blower motor it is good. Could the problem be the control panel? I have changed it but l do not think that the one is good either. How can I test the control panel?

Good morning.

Did you verify voltage to the blower resistor? I will attach a wiring diagram for you to view. verify you have voltage with the key on. Check the fuses for power on both sides with the key in the on position.

As far as the control head, it sends a signal to the resistor. You need a voltmeter to verify the signal when you command different speeds.
