I replace the thermostac because my temp. Guage would fall to zero while driving but no heat. After I replace the thermostac, everything was ok for about a day. The car now read high temp while driving (170) and no heat. Sounds as though the radiator cooling fan on the drivers side is noisy. Why is it that I have no heat and why is my temp running high

No heat could be the heater core is clogged-double check the thermostat again, also check the radiator if its clogged and water pump circulating coolant thru the engine. Could also be the coolant temperature sensor is out of calibration
