Good morning,

The simple answer is no. It is a safety issue in case of a quick stopping requirement.

I would find the failure and repair to keep you safe on the road.

Hi.I have found the issue. There are two straight line like a cut on the front brake cable.I do not see any fluid yet. But I don't know how much is left. How did this happened. Was it supposed to have line on the brake cables?

That is the casing for the hand brake, not a fluid line.

Did you have anyone check the system?

Yep, same thing.

If it were a line, it would leak brake fluid.

You need to check the fluid level in the master.

The cuts in the cables are from normal wear and tear.

The cables are thirteen years old. That is normal wear and tear.

The brake pedal is a bit soft. Hope it does not fail while going to the mechanic. It's low but I don't know how low.

The first one brakes were cut, had to change the brakes completely. The second one was worn out brake pads with damaged rotors and third one brake fading.
