Fuel not getting to the engine and no fire

The car was running after replacing the fuel pump. It is not getting any gas to the engine and has no fire.

What we have to start with is finding out if we are getting power to the fuel pump relay.

Basically, we need to check the voltage on the highlighted wire to the relay and find out if the relay is being turned on.

If not, then we could have a pass key issue if you have no spark or fuel.
