No crank no start no turn over nothing

Timing was off was setting distributor truck was running it shut off. So when tried to re-start it and turned key I get nothing no dash lights no nothing.

Check battery cables that type of battery a lot of times the cables will corrode and eat into battery, so a cable will pull right out so you end up needing a new battery. Then check fuse in picture.

Are you using a scan tool to set the timing? You can't set it correctly without one.
If you have a scan tool you will have to hold the engine at around 1100 rpm, then loosen distributor set the timing at 0 degree +-2 before TDC. Tighten the clamp and recheck with tool. The computer takes it from there. If you adjust it any other way it won't run properly.

As for the no start. HMAC is correct, those side terminals are one of the worst things out there. Any battery seepage goes into the connector and into the cable. They look OK but underneath they are trash.
