1996 GMC C1500 truck will turn over, but not start.

Replaced starter, new battery, spark going to plugs and no deposits or anything on distributor. Truck will turn over but not fire up. I can jump it and it will start up, and run perfectly. But if I turn it off I can't restart it without jupming it.

Without jumping it, can visually check for spark at the plugs? Also, use a gage and check fuel pressure, key on engine off. I'm not saying it is the fuel pump, but, key on or engine cranking, the pump gets battery voltage. Engine running, the pump gets alternator voltage, there is a difference.
