No acceleration

Car was having an issue accelerating would have to completely press gas pedal, then once warmed up no issue. Now when car is started it will not accelerate at all when put in to drive.

When the transmission is in park do the RPMs go up when you press the accelerator?

Also, do the RPMs go up when in drive like you are in neutral or is there no throttle response when you press it?

Let's also check for codes and go from there but if the RPMs respond like normal but there is just no movement we need to check the transmission fluid level and condition as well.
