New refurbished PCM installed, put key into ignition to start, won't start. I only have one key. Is there something I can do to get my truck started?

The PCM needs to be programmed to match your vehicle. Then the key you have can be programmed into the security system and the truck should run. For this you need access to a dealer level scan tool that can program the PCM.

Hello,

You will have to have the key programmed to the new PCM. This can be done either at the dealership or a locksmith can do it also. These are the only two options available. Please let us know how everything turns out.

Thanks,
