My car listed above won't crank over and the fuel pump is not turning on at the same time. The ignition switch will make the starter relay click. Jumped the starter and it will crank over. I'm not getting power to fuel pump and no power from starter relay to starter.

What do you think it could be?

Oh yeah, hooked up scanner and there are no major codes so it's not showing any security problems.

Good afternoon,

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view.

Check the relay for power at pin 85 with the key on. That is power for the control side of the relay. The ECM grounds pin 86 to send power to the starter.

The fact you have no fuel pump leads me to a possible bad ECM.
