I have the car listed above SE 1.0 turbo. I was driving and the info panel said oil change required. Then a few minutes later it said engine fault service now. Then a few minutes later it started running rough and then completely shut off. I was on the freeway.  Got it towed home. It will not start, just cranks. Battery is good. Checked for codes and there were 2. One was camshaft position sensor b circuit bank 1 and the other code was turbo supercharger under-boost. Does anyone have an idea what this could be? When I look up each code, I get various things but I'm not sure how they relate.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

What are the codes? Also, you need to do a CAN scan. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:

and

It could be the PCM or BCM when out, but we can tell more once we have the codes.

The 2 codes were P0299 and P0365. The order of things was as follows: Oil change on the info screen, then engine fault service now, then code P0365, then it shut off and got code P0299.

Okay. These codes can come up if the timing belt has jumped a tooth and then just failed. When you crank the engine over how does it sound? If you upload a short video of the engine cranking, I can tell if the engine is okay or not.

P0299 code turbocharger is unable to produce the boost pressure.
P0365 code irregular signal from the camshaft position sensor.

Both of these codes will not keep the engine from starting but they are a clue to what is wrong. If you don't what to upload a video, you can do a compression test which will also tell us what's going on.
