1998 Mitsubishi Galant 4 cyl All Wheel Drive 146000 miles

Ok about 3weeks ago my car started running hot. When I start the car and start driving it slowely starts moving up and about 5miles its all the way over the H. And plus my air doesnt work its 100 degrees in tx and when I turn the ac on its just hot air.I had the thermostat replaced and its still running hot? And then there was oil on one of my spark plug which may mean a blown head gasket. Also I see smoke coming from the back bottom of the engine I guess and I think I have a oil leak. And also my car starts making a clucking noise if I keep driving with the hot car. I was thinking about getting my radiator flushed, and useing Bars leak Head gasket fix and Bars leak Powder radiator stop leak. Is that a good idea? So do you think its the water pump, blown head gasket, or what?

I would replace the water pump and I would flush the system also and you can try the head gasket fix but if that doesnt work just get a new head gasket.
Have you added refrigerent to the car it maybe out and thats why the air is hot.
