My car suddenly overheated tonight. Cold weather,
radiator dry, no leaks in hoses, leak seems to be coming from back, any ideas

Hi there,

you will need to have a pressure test done to find the leak, it may be a core plug or a faulty hose if the leak is external. Get it checked ASAP as an expensive repair may resault if not repaired soon.

FYI: Galant owners recommend replacing the water pump whenever replacing the timing belt. Water pump started leaking really bad on mine at 120k miles.
