2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse Loud squeling oise

When I start my car after its been sitting in the heat it makes a very loud squeling noise and it does the same with the AC turned on. It stops after about 10-15 seconds. If the car is in the garage all night and I start it with the AC off it dont do it but if I turned it on it would squel for a few seconds.

Could be one of two things, either the pulley from the a/c is bad or the belt itself is bad, I would start by replacing the belt(serpentine) and take it from there
