Check your ground wire. That could be an easy fix, unless your car was hit by lightning or something.

Did you check the fuses in the cabin?

Was not hit by lightning, ground on battery? Fuses in cabin seem okay unless its missing, I do not have a diagram for cabin fuse box. Got one?
