If the quality of the IAC is suspect, the problem would come back sooner or later.

I have no comments about stuffs from eBay as I have never bought anything from them.

I am going to exchange my iac valve but also if problem is still there then I will have my throttle body tested and if bad I was thinking of after market throttle body but I noticed there is no place to put the iac so what do most people do.

You cannot put an after market throttle body for this.
