The air conditioner in my car works but not the heater, what can it be?

Is the radiator full of coolant? Check to see if the heater hoses get hot. If so you might have a blend door problem under the dash. There is adoor that moves from hot to cold when selected, do you hear a change in the fan noise when you move it? If not, you will need to get under there and see which door it is and if it works when selected hot or cold
