My fuel pump fuse keeps poping. I have replaced the o2 sensors and sparkplugs. And repleced fuel pump relay. I also went to a bigger fuse. But they just pop after about 30 seconds. I was told it is electrical but don't even know where to start. Any help would be useful. Thanks

Don't increase the fuse size. Only use the recommended one. Now, either the fuel pump is shorted or there is a bear wire shorting. Remove the tank and check the wiring and the pump itself.
