2007 Mazda 3 Engine won't start after fueling

I've gone to 3 mechanics and can't get an answer. Every time I fuel up, the car won't start. I have to Try to force it to start a 2nd time. What could this be. Happens every time.

Mine has the same problem it might be cloged up. You need to wash it or flush it its about 200 dollars.
There is "junk" in the tank, or engine
