Malfunctioning air conditioner

The system was vacuumed and recharged with gas but the fuse behind the glove box was blown so I replaced it. When I turned on the A/C, the clutch engaged but the fan would only blow hot air into the car. After turning the A/C on and off a few times the fuse blew out again.

What items should I check next?

Good afternoon,

What fuse number did you replace?

As far as the AC, do you have gauges to give me the high and low side readings while it is running?
