Loss of acceleration while driving 02 Honda Civic LX

Hi, When I crank my car in the morning the engine seems to be running a little rough and once the car heats up that tends to cease. Afterwards when I begin to drive I seem to lose acceleration at times while driving. I was told that I can't replace the fuel filter itself because its built into my fuel pump. My car shakes extremely when I turn on the A/C which also causes the car to slow down. I am wondering what the problems could be?

You can replace the fuel filter though the fuel pump is attached to it.

Problem do not indicate a fuel filter fault. Seems there is a misfiring issue and I would suggest checking the spark plugs and related components.
