Loss idle speed when turn on lights

My car loses idle speed when I turn on the lights. The original lamps were 50 / 60 watt, they were replaced by others of 90/100 watt of power.

Check battery for clean terminal ends and replace belt and tension-er which are supposed to be replaced at 60,000 miles. It may not be charging enough at idle.
