Locating fuel pump fuse and relay

We are having trouble with our fuel pump not kicking on, but cannot find the fuel pump relay or fuse to check those

OK, not you DO realize that the pump only runs for 2 seconds when the key is first turned on and not again until the computer sees an RPM signal.

We need some specifics on the vehicle also. I don't know what a "Custom Deluxe" refers to. Is this a pick up truck? If so what is the model?
