1990 chevy, lean condition no the throttle, backfiring in the manifolds. Ran fine any deeper than quarter into the pedal backfire in manifolds. Ran like that from Butte Mt to Ca. Then quit. Spark no fuel. Rookie move ; relaced fuel pump and relay for pump ALL fuses are good. No power to fuel pump fuse?

You are a little short of info here. Does it have a throttle body set up, port injectors, it all makes a difference. Will it run if you give it a sniff of starting fluid? If so, check for power at the injectors or throttle body with key on, and while cranking the engine. Could also be a bad fuel pressure regulator. Check the fuel block for fuel, and pressure.
