Crank not start issue?

It cut out over the weekend and wont start. It cranks but wont start. It keeps blowing the fuel pump fuse. Could anyone give me a suggestion on what to do or try or what it might be? Need help!

Check the wiring for shorts to the pump. Next would be a new pump.

The pump working put a new relay in it. But still blows fuse. Will blow 20 fuse but not 30? Why that and what could we do
