Key stuck and power windows and trunk latch instantly do not work

I went to turn my car off after driving it with the shifter in park and the key wouldn't come out. So the key is stuck in my ignition but it still starts just can't take the key out. Also my power windows, door, and trunk buttons no longer worked when I tried after this problem. I have had a few people look at it that know a lot about cars now and seems that I can't get an actual answer or stunned looks. They say the fuses and relays are just fine. I don't have a key fob either. What would make this happen and what do you do to fix it? Please help!
