Air Conditioning problem
2005 Jeep Liberty 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 65000 miles

The fan only blows on level 4 (high)
What would cause the fan not to blow on levels 1-3?

You can get the part at the dealership, about 20 bucks if I recall. Installs behind the glove box. Tabs on sides of glove box pinch in and it folds down. Two screws to undo, pull the electrical harness out and take out the old resistor, put in new one, and replace. Make sure you disconnect the battery prior to doing this I was told by the dealership parts guy. Took about 10 minutes. Hardest part is pulling out the red clip holding the resistor in place. Have the parts guy show you how to pull these out, they are used throughout your Jeep.
