2001 Jeep Cherokee long hard starts.

I was looking at a jeep cherokee for sale, and the guy said it had a new crank positioning sensor. But when I went to start it, it kept cranking, and cranking, and then finally started, when it ran it was fine. Is this problem related to that? I know the starter is fine I looked at it, and tested it.

Possible fuel issue and or the PCM may need to be reprogrammed flashed
further testing is needed

need manual CHECK IT @
